Right so we played some record label showcase last night and it was weird! We were last on after some fucking awful bands! I mean awful I don’t have a good thing to say about any of the clowns! Some  snot nosed tattooed little emo prick wanted to borrow Taylor’s drum gear, who incidentally refused, it was a joke! They then got on stage and performed the worst set of screaming, out of tune playing and WANK drumming i have ever heard!

We went on, did our thing and i don’t really know what else to say. These fools were singing in American accents, wearing make up and in my opinion trashing everything an English band should stand for! Time wasters stop painting your fucking jeans on, stop painting your nails black, have a wash and drop some fucking pills or something…. it might make you smile!!!!!

Been listening to some good old rock and roll today to get my head straight after all that shit! I really am ashamed to say it but i forgot how good Oasis really were…. well…. are! It used to really wind me up when people would compare us to Oasis or say i was trying to be Liam Gallagher, I mean we have come a bit of a way since then but I’m proud to say they are one of my biggest influences. I remember watching them for the first time and thinking i wanna be in a fucking band! I wanna be on that stage hearing people sing the songs back to me!

Say whatever you want about em they are a great band! FACT!

Anyway rant over – maybe I’ll calm down maybe I’ll just eat an emo for dinner, who knows?
